Webex Contact Center (WxCC) and Webex Contact Center Enterprise (WxCCE) Achieves PCI DSS v4.0.1 Compliance Validated by ESHA IT, D.B.A Accorian
New Brunswick, Dec 18, 2025 – Accorian, a global cybersecurity and compliance services firm and a PCI Security Standards Council–approved Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) & Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV), has completed the PCI DSS v4.0.1 audit for Cisco Webex Contact Center (WxCC) and Cisco Webex Contact Center Enterprise (WxCCE).
As part of this engagement, Accorian conducted a full PCI DSS attestation audit of the cardholder data environment (CDE) supporting the Webex Contact Center platforms, performing detailed validation of the technical, operational, and administrative security controls required under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

As part of the engagement, Accorian conducted a comprehensive assessment of all in-scope systems, including network segmentation, access controls, and administrative processes. This review validated that Webex Contact Center (WxCC) and Webex Contact Center Enterprise (WxCCE) align with the stringent criteria applicable to a Level 1 Service Provider. Upon completing all testing activities and evidence evaluations, Accorian issued the PCI DSS Attestation of Compliance, confirming that the environments supporting WxCC and WxCCE successfully met all relevant PCI DSS requirements.
