While the platform was architected to avoid the storage, processing, or transmission of cardholder data (CHD), enterprise customers, particularly in regulated industries such as financial services and healthcare, required formal PCI DSS validation as part of vendor risk management programs. Accorian partnered with the client to validate scope accuracy, assess control effectiveness, and issue the required PCI DSS v4.0.1 Report on Compliance (ROC) and Attestation of Compliance (AOC).
